Illegal Immigrant Suspected of Fracturing Baby’s Skull For Crying

Ramon Hernandez, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, is suspected of smashing his 3-week-old baby’s head against a wall for crying. The baby, Judith Najera-Hernandez, suffered a fractured skull and brain injuries and is not expected to survive.
