Mexican Court Rules Against Dog the Bounty Hunter
A Mexican federal court has ruled that Bounty Hunter “Dog” Chapman can be extradited and tried in Mexico for “deprivation of liberty of Mexico.” Chapman was arrested for capturing rapist Andrew Luster, the Max Factor heir.
