A White girl suffered a broken nose, black eyes, a bruised collarbone and other injuries after she says a Hispanic girl called her a cracker, pushed her to the ground and beat her in a school hallway as others watched. The accused attacker has disappeared, leading to speculation that she’s an illegal immigrant. Police have issued a summons for second degree assault.
While apparently no hate crime charges have been filed against the alleged attacker, the victim’s father says a summons for disorderly conduct was issued for his daughter.
why are they even in our country???!!!! Her parents(the white victim`s) should go after the school district,and the state for failing to uphold the laws on the books!!!Enough is enough with the illegal flood!!!! Her civil rights were violated on a larger scale than we have ever known before!!!

Why weren’t hate crime charges filed if the Latina girl who instigated the assault called the White victima cracker? If a White person assaulted a Latina and called her a beaner or assaulted a Black person and called them a nigger it would be charged as a hate crime.
OH I FORGOT – ONLY WHITE PEOPLE CAN COMMIT A HATE CRIME, IF IT’S A PERSON OF COLOR THEY CAN DO AND SAY WHATEVER THEY WANT TO.

when black people are racist to white people it is dealt with in the worst way possible jail sentences up to at least 10 years depending on the situation but when the shoes on the other foot its 6 months maximum we all kno why that is !
