Illegal Immigrant Suspected of Raping 3-year-Old

Illegal immigrant Salvador Luna was arrested for allegedly raping a 3-year-old girl after the girl’s mother found her bleeding. Prior to this incident, Luna had already been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault of a child and deported.
