Mexican Arrested in Hit and Run of 6-year-Old

Witnesses say Mexican national Ricardo Gomez-Carcamo was going twice the speed limit when he struck 6-year-old Christopher Gonzales, then tried to escape in reverse. Ricardo Gomez-Carcamo was pursued by neighbors and caught after he crashed into a utility pole.
