Illegal Immigrant Accused of Giving Herpes to 5-Year-Old Victim

Illegal immigrant Jose Oviedo is accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl and giving her herpes. Oviedo is still on the run and the victim’s mother, Crystal Newton, is now accused of helping him avoid capture.
