Rapist Melvin Urbina

An illegal immigrant employee of the Imperial Restaurant-Banquet Hall in Oklahoma City is accused of raping an 11-year-old guest during a wedding anniversary party.  Urbina had already been convicted of rape in 1998 and was deported in 2001.

During the party, the girl asked Urbina where she could find more chairs and he told her to go to the basement.  In the basement, the girl says Urbina pushed her to the floor and dragged her as she screamed but she could not be heard over the music.  She says he punched her in the face and threatened to kill her if she didn’t calm down and then he raped her.

Police are still searching for Urbina.  He is 5′8″ with a heavy build.  He has long hair, often worn in a ponytail.  He has a tattoo of his name on the side of his neck and a tattoo reading “Searching for my baby” in cursive writing on his upper chest.

State’s attorney Robert Haida is refusing to charge two black teens with a hate crime after they beat a white student on a bus when he refused to move from his seat.  The white victim sat in an empty space beside a black student.  The black student attempted to push the white student out of the seat.  When the white student refused to move, the black teen repeatedly punched the victim.  A few minutes later, another black student beat the victim as well.

Illegal immigrant Roberto Carranza is accused of kidnapping a woman and raping her repeatedly over four days before she escaped.

Illegal immigrant Jose Arita is accused of a violent sexual assault on a 30-year-old woman.  Police say he and an accomplice hit a woman over the head, threw her into a pick-up truck and sexually assaulted her.

Ladislao Morales

Illegal immigrant Ladislao  Morales is accused of molesting at least two girls, one only 10 years old when the crime occurred.

Police say two teenage black suspects assaulted a white student when he refused to move from his bus seat, leaving the victim with broken glasses and a bloody face. Police believe the beatings were racially motivated.

Illegal immigrant Joe Juillermo Fajardo is accused of entering a home and raping a 5-year-old boy who was in bed.

Illegal immigrant Olga Marina Franco is accused of killing 4 students in a crash involving a school bus.  Two of the victims, Jesse and Javens Hunter, were brothers.

Illegal immigrant Richard Toledo has admitted to murdering 14-year-old Karlo Gonzalez and Karlo’s 7-year-old brother Zabdiel with a claw hammer. Toledo will not face the death penalty because it was abolished in New Jersey in January.

Illegal immigrant Israel Trejo is charged with 80 counts of raping children.
