  1. It really is the headline that should have been during the trial etc relating to my Grandson, Ryan Ostendorf. It was murder. There is no getting around it. He was a victim of a drunk driver who CHOSE to get behind the wheel of a vehicle with a bad attitude in trying to show the other occupants in the car just how BAD he was. I asked for forgiveness. That will be between he, Ryan and God on judgement day. He can not take away the hurt, the sorrow, the pain the empty feelings and all my grandson’s dreams. It was murder. No matter how you look at it and I feel it could have been prevented if our border patrol, and our court systems would have gone out and arrested him for his first drunk driving charge, we need to do something about this. There are other murders going on each day by these drunk drivers. Law do your thing. Keep them off the roads. Otherwise I would say you are just as guilty by association. Think about it.

  2. It’s such a waste of life. Your loss is also a loss for all those your grandson has helped as a paramedic and those he would have helped as a cardiologist. He sounded like a good man and I’m sorry he had to die because of the betrayal of our leaders. I hope that time will ease the pain for you and your family.
