Suspected illegal immigrant minister Hugo Alva is accused of soliciting sex from teenage girls.

  1. I just don’t understand why people insist upon calling persons who are in this country illegal immigrants. They are illegal aliens, and as such are criminals!

What is more important than the fact he is an illegal alien or immigrant is the fact that he was initially arrested and released on a very low bond with full knowledge of the fact he was illegal. This was followed by yet another solicitation on his part to yet another teenage girl in violation of a court order prohibiting any contact with teenagers. This serial sexual predator should have been locked up from the beginning and deported only after serving his term. As it is, the US now only deports convicted felons. Apparently you can commit misdemeanors and be accused of felonies and still remain in the US. This is wrong.. totally and completely wrong.
