Romney Used Illegal Immigrant Workers — AGAIN!

Presidential candidate Mitt Romney has been caught for the second time using a landscaping company that employs illegal immigrants.

  1. Anyone who has attempted to hire anyone, illegal or not, knows it is against the law to ask a potential employee what his legal status is. All you can do is have the person fill out an I-9 form and send it in to the government. When the I-9 comes back as a non-match, you still cannot confront the employee. All you can do is have him fill out another I-9.

  2. The first comment on this page is not entirely true. I have an application for employement sitting right in front of me and one of the questions on it is…are you a legal citizen of the U.S.A and can you provide documentation if need be.

    We have laws in place that are not being used when it comes to illegal immigrants. Romney is part of the problem and not the solution. He continues to break the law and should be held accountable just like the rest of us would be.
