Immigrant Accused of Sexually Assaulting 74-Year-Old

Immigrant Enrique Perez is accused of entering a 74-year-old woman’s home, dragging her outside, beating her and sexually assaulting her. Although Perez had once been an illegal immigrant, he was allowed back into the country legally.

Illegal Immigrant Suspected of Murdering Texas Student

Illegal immigrant Ernesto Piña Reyes is suspected of murdering North Texas University student Melanie Goodwin and then burning her body. Reyes met Goodwin at a convenience store.  Reyes asked her for a ride and they left together. Police say security camera video later shows Reyes dragging the girl’s body from her car and setting her on fire. Reyes has previous arrests for burglary and drugs but was not deported for these offenses.

McDonald’s Caught in Illegal Immigrant Raid

At least 56 suspected illegal immigrants were arrested during raids on several McDonald’s restaurants. The raids were conducted at 11 restaurants and at the McDonald’s corporate office in Reno.

Boy Dragged by Van Driven by Illegal Immigrant

Illegal immigrant Antonio Montenegro hit and dragged a 12-year-old boy with his van. Montenegro has been driving illegally for 8 years. The boy is being treated for his injuries.

Illegal immigrant Jose Balderas accused of crashing his pickup truck into two parked cars, causing an explosion and fire that killed two people inside one of the stopped cars. Witnesses say Balderas was speeding before the fatal wreck.

Six Immigrants Suspected of Murder

Daryush Omar is accused of robbing and beating to death a man who asked him for directions. Earlier Omar had been in ICE custody on a violation and instead of being deported was granted supervised release. Unless witnesses come forward, he could be released again.  Five of the six others suspects in the murder and robbery are also immigrants.

Illegal immigrant Carlos Salustio raped a girl as many as 25 times over two years starting when she was 10. He has been sentenced to a minimum of 5 years in prison.

Illegal Immigrant Accused of Murdering Baby

Illegal immigrant Juan Sanchez is accused of slapping and shaking a baby over three days. The baby suffered a fractured skull, bleeding in the brain, detached retinas and a broken arm before it died.
