Five days later, he beat and murdered his wife and then, using his hands and an electrical cable, strangled his young daughters, including a baby, to death. Lilliana was 10, Kathy was 4 and Thannya was a 20-month-old baby. Simon Rios has successfully avoided the death sentence and has been granted a prison stay instead.

Illegal immigrant Eleazar Renteria has pleaded guilty to sexual battery of a 14-year-old girl and has been sentenced to a year in prison. Renteria and illegal immigrant Miguel Gutierrez had been accused of raping the girl at a party.

Illegal Immigrant Admits Sexually Assaulting 7-Year-Old

Illegal immigrant Jonathan Castillo has admitted in court to abducting and sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl.

Castillo wore a mask, climbed up to a third floor balcony and adbucted the girl from a bedroom. The girl required surgery for her injuries.
