Chinese immigrant Chi Mak has been found guilty of spying for China. The government accused Chi Mak of passing thousands of documents, including information on advanced submarine propulsion technology, to his brother who then passed them on to the Chinese government.

Iraqi Immigrants Charged with Spying

Iraqi immigrants Najib Shemami and Ghazi Al-Awadi have been charged with spying for the former Iraqi government of Saddam Hussein.  Al-Awadi is a convicted murderer who served 6 years in prison.
