Border Guards Murdered

A border security guard who worked at an international bridge on the Mexican border has been murdered. In a separate incident, suspected illegal drug smugglers killed a Border agent by running over him.

Taqueria Jalisco employee Luis Manuel Garnica-Ruvalcaba and ranch worker Fermin Cruz Gutierrez, both illegal immigrants, have been indicted on multiple accounts of sexually assaulting children.

MS-13 Member Arrested 4th Time Entering US

Illegal immigrant and MS-13 member Jonathan Stanley Figueroa Hernandez was caught hiding in a railcar trying to enter the US illegally for the fourth time. Hernandez has previous arrests, including burglary and possession of a weapon on a school campus.

Illegal Immigrant Suspected of Murdering Texas Student

Illegal immigrant Ernesto Piña Reyes is suspected of murdering North Texas University student Melanie Goodwin and then burning her body. Reyes met Goodwin at a convenience store.  Reyes asked her for a ride and they left together. Police say security camera video later shows Reyes dragging the girl’s body from her car and setting her on fire. Reyes has previous arrests for burglary and drugs but was not deported for these offenses.

Illegal Immigrant Accused of Kidnapping 5-Year-Old

The family of a five-year-old girl tackled illegal immigrant Alberto Escobar after they say the girl’s mother caught Escobar kidnapping the girl through her bedroom window.  Escobar lived in the same building and worked with the victim’s father.

Illegal Immigrant Accused of Killing a Family in DUI Wreck

Juan Felix SalinasIllegal immigrant Juan Felix Salinas is accused of killing an entire family in a fiery DUI wreck. Police say Salinas was speeding and driving drunk when he slammed into the back of a Toyota pickup truck, which then caught fire. Trapped inside were Tenisha Williams, her husband S.J. Williams and her son Xavier Brown. Despite the efforts of bystanders to hold back the flames and pry open the doors, the family died inside the vehicle. Salinas had only minor injuries.

Salinas was free on bond at the time of the wreck.

Suspected Illegals Accused of Attempted Rape, Murdering Teen

Gamboa cousinsDani CountrymanSuspected illegal immigrants Alejandro Emeterio Rivera-Gamboa and Gilberto Javier Arellano-Gamboa are accused of murdering 15-year-old Dani “D.J.” Countryman during an attempted rape.

Alejandro woke to find his cousin Gilberto on top of Dani, who was

struggling. Alejandro says he stepped on the girl’s neck until she stopped moving.

The suspects have been placed on an immigration hold.

Hilario Soto-HernandezIllegal immigrant and convicted child molester Hilario Soto-Hernandez is under arrest after sneaking back into the US. In 1995, Hernandez molested a 7-year-old girl and he was deported to Mexico in 2003.

Illegal Immigrant Accused of Indecency with 7-Year-Old

Illegal immigrant Eleazar Posadas has been arrested and accused of indecency with a 7-year-old girl. The victim says Posadas assaulted her multiple times.
