Virginia Tech Allows Memorial for Shooter
A student organization at Virginia Tech created stone memorials for the 32 murder victims of Seung-Hui Cho, a South Korean immigrant who hated Christians. A 33rd stone for Cho was added by an unknown person and then removed. A 33rd stone has now been added again farther from the others and the student organization says they have no plans to remove it. Three men charged with stealing statues of the baby Jesus from nativity scenes will not be charged with hate crimes but instead 14 counts of petty larceny. A man who kicked a menora has been charged with a hate crime and could face 7 years in prison.
