Virginia Tech Allows Memorial for Shooter

A student organization at Virginia Tech created stone memorials for the 32 murder victims of Seung-Hui Cho, a South Korean immigrant who hated Christians. A 33rd stone for Cho was added by an unknown person and then removed. A 33rd stone has now been added again farther from the others and the student organization says they have no plans to remove it.
