Illegal immigrant Anastacio Sanchez-Miranda is accused of murdering three people and wounding two others.  Sanchez-Miranda has previous charges but was not deported.

Three Accused of Sexually Assaulting Three Children

Three people, at least one of whom is an illegal immigrant, are accused of sexually assaulting children in unrelated crimes. Illegal immigrant Jose Orellana is accused of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a 10-year-old girl. Jozsef Gyetvai is accused of raping a 10-year-old girl. Shari Morris is accused of forcing a 12-year-old boy to clean her genitals.

Immigrant Accused of Sexually Assaulting 74-Year-Old

Immigrant Enrique Perez is accused of entering a 74-year-old woman’s home, dragging her outside, beating her and sexually assaulting her. Although Perez had once been an illegal immigrant, he was allowed back into the country legally.

Illegal Immigrant Raped 10-Year-Old

Illegal immigrant Carlos Salustio raped a girl as many as 25 times over two years starting when she was 10. He has been sentenced to a minimum of 5 years in prison.

Freed Illegal Immigrant on Trial for Attempted Murder

Illegal immigrant Pedro Cabrera is accused of twice stabbing Damian Justofin and leaving him for dead. In another case, murder charges against Cabrera were dropped after his girlfriend recanted her claim that Cabrera admitted to murderering Derek Kichline in Hazleton and a witness refused to return to the US to testify. The Kichline murder was the catalyst for the Hazleton law intended to protect residents from illegal immigrants.

Suspected illegal immigrant Justino Diaz Espiridion is accused of entering a woman’s apartment, beating her and then raping her.

Illegal Immigrant Accused of Beating 2-Year-Old

An illegal immigrant hired by Taco Bell is accused of beating a 2-year-old boy unconscious.  The victim suffered a brain injury and bruising over his face, chest and back.

Illegal immigrant Guillermo Dominquez Rodriguez is accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old boy. Rodriguez worked for and lived with members of the victim’s family.

81 Day Sentence for Illegal Immigrant Child Molester

Illegal immigrant Edwardo Valenzuela has received an 81 day sentence for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl earlier this year.  The sentence amounts to time served and he is now expected to be deported.
