Senator Larry Craig’s lewd conduct in an airport bathroom and resulting resignation could hurt future attempts to grant amnesty to illegal immigrants. Larry Craig is a major supporter of amnesty for illegal border crossers and of replacing American farm workers with cheap Mexican labor.

New Jersey Police Required to Report Illegal Immigrants
New Jersey police are now required to check the immigration status of suspects involved in serious crimes and report illegal immigrants to the federal government. The decision comes weeks after the alleged involvement of an illegal immigrant in the execution of 3 college bound students in Newark. Illegal immigrants in New Jersey are also suspected in a series of other recent murders and sexual assaults.

Americans Win Vote Against Amnesty Bill
Americans have once again defeated the senate bill that would have granted citizenship and voting rights to illegal immigrants. Senator harry Reid has vowed to revive the bill in the future, but it is defeated for now.

Amnesty Bill Dead for Now
The Senate bill to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants is dead for now. It fell 15 votes short of the 60 votes required to end debate in the Senate, failing to gain even a simple majority vote.
New York Can Deny Licenses to Illegal Immigrants
New York’s highest court has ruled that the state can deny driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants. One judge wrote, “undocumented aliens lack documents, and the DMV’s right to insist on such documents is undisputed.”

Suspect Captured in Mugging of 101-Year-Old
Police have captured a man they suspect robbed a 101-year-old woman last month in New York. On March 4th, 101-year-old Rose Morat was leaving her apartment building for church when she was beaten and robbed of $33. A short time later, 85-year-old Solange Elizee was robbed as well.

Immigration raids across Los Angeles have captured hundreds of illegal immigrants, including some wanted for murder.
Illegals Arrested Asking Immigration Agents for Work
While several US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in unmarked cars were taking a break at a 7-Eleven, a group of illegal immigrants started asking the agents for work. The ICE agents made 24 arrests. Six of the illegals have criminal records.
