White Girl Beaten in Racist Attack

A White girl suffered a broken nose, black eyes, a bruised collarbone and other injuries after she says a Hispanic girl called her a cracker, pushed her to the ground and beat her in a school hallway as others watched. The accused attacker has disappeared, leading to speculation that she’s an illegal immigrant. Police have issued a summons for second degree assault.

While apparently no hate crime charges have been filed against the alleged attacker, the victim’s father says a summons for disorderly conduct was issued for his daughter.

Illegal Immigrant Accused of Raping 11-Year-Old

A woman says she walked in on illegal immigrant Benito Martinez while he was raping an 11-year-old girl on Saturday. Police found and arrested Martinez on Wednesday. Martinez was living with the family of the girl he’s accused of raping.
