Blacks Beat White Student – No Hate Crime Charges

State’s attorney Robert Haida is refusing to charge two black teens with a hate crime after they beat a white student on a bus when he refused to move from his seat.  The white victim sat in an empty space beside a black student.  The black student attempted to push the white student out of the seat.  When the white student refused to move, the black teen repeatedly punched the victim.  A few minutes later, another black student beat the victim as well.

Huckabee Wanted Freedom for Rapist

A pattern is emerging among the presidential candidates. Those who are soft on border security and illegal immigration tend to be soft on crime in general.

Wayne Dumond was in prison after raping a cheerleader when Governor Mike Huckabee wrote to him. In the letter uncovered by National Review Online, Huckabee wrote “My desire is that you be released from prison. I feel that parole is the best way for your reintroduction to society to take place.” Drumond was later granted parole and soon after raped and murdered Carol Sue Shields.

Twenty-one year old Andrew Stear was in Florida on spring break when police say he was struck and killed by suspected illegal immigrant Hugo Rodriguez Colindrez, who was driving a stolen van. Police say alcohol was a factor in the crash.
