Police say illegal immigrant Ismael Calixto Ortiz entered a woman’s home while she slept with her kids, raped her and threatened to kill her children if she screamed or called anyone.

Deported Rapist Returns, Suspected of Raping 11-Year-Old

An illegal immigrant employee of the Imperial Restaurant-Banquet Hall in Oklahoma City is accused of raping an 11-year-old guest during a wedding anniversary party.  Urbina had already been convicted of rape in 1998 and was deported in 2001.

During the party, the girl asked Urbina where she could find more chairs and he told her to go to the basement.  In the basement, the girl says Urbina pushed her to the floor and dragged her as she screamed but she could not be heard over the music.  She says he punched her in the face and threatened to kill her if she didn’t calm down and then he raped her.

Police are still searching for Urbina.  He is 5’8″ with a heavy build.  He has long hair, often worn in a ponytail.  He has a tattoo of his name on the side of his neck and a tattoo reading “Searching for my baby” in cursive writing on his upper chest.
