Daniel Tavares Jr. was in prison for murdering his own mother with a carving knife when he was released this year by a Mitt Romney appointed judge. Police say Tavares has already killed again.  Young newlyweds Brian and Beverly Mauck were found shot to death in their home last week. Tavares is charged with the murders.
