Suspected illegal immigrant Avenamar Perez is accused of driving without a license and ramming into the back of Lt. Greg Quinn’s motorcycle, injuring the officer, then fleeing the scene. Perez was able to leave jail within hours by paying a $100 bond, then failed to show at his court appearance. Police arrested him again and his bond is now set at $1500.
