Suspected illegal immigrant Avenamar Perez is accused of driving without a license and ramming into the back of Lt. Greg Quinn’s motorcycle, injuring the officer, then fleeing the scene. Perez was able to leave jail within hours by paying a $100 bond, then failed to show at his court appearance. Police arrested him again and his bond is now set at $1500.

The 9th Circuit has ruled that immigrant pedophile Alberto Quintero-Salazar should not be deported even though he had sex with a young girl. The court ruled that Quintero-Salazar’s illegal child sex was not “vile, base or deprave,” which would have subjected him to deportation.
