Illegal immigrant Roberto Carranza is accused of kidnapping a woman and raping her repeatedly over four days before she escaped.

Illegal Immigrant Arrested for Child Rapes

Illegal immigrant Santana Batiz Aceves has been arrested and is accused of at least four sexual assaults on children and the attempted rape of two others. Aceves allegedly watched the homes of single parent families until the parent left the child alone. He would then enter the home and rape the daughter.

Despite having been deported twice before, Aceves was in the country working as a heavy equipment operator.

Defense in Channon Christian Case Claims Case is “heavily publicized”

In the Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom double rape and murder case, defense attorney Philip Lomonaco claims the case has been heavily publicized and that there is a news feeding frenzy, preventing suspect Eric Boyd from receiving a fair trial.

Lomonaco is especially critical of blogs, claiming they are spreading lies because some reported that the victim’s bodies had been sexually mutilated. Channon and Christopher were carjacked, raped and murdered. Cleaning fluid was poured down Channon Christian’s throat and she was dumped in the garbage. Christopher Newsom was set on fire. However Lomonaco may be right. There is no reliable evidence suggesting sexual mutilation.

Background:

In January, Christopher Newsom and Channon Christian were on a date when they were carjacked and kidnapped. Christopher was murdered and his body burned soon after the carjacking. Christian was kept alive longer and was repeatedly raped. Cleaning fluid had been poured into her mouth to hide DNA evidence before she was murdered and thrown in the garbage.

None of the suspects have been charged with a hate crime because there is apparently no evidence that the suspects engaged in name calling while they were allegedly raping and murdering the young couple. The major news outlets continue to ignore the story.

Cancer Institute Employee Accused of Attempted Murder

Suspected illegal immigrant Qin Cai, employed by the Huntsman Cancer Institute, is accused of kidnapping and attempted murder. Police believe Cai attempted to murder a woman with a rubber mallet after she refused his advances.

Suspected Illegals Indicted for Violent, Armed Robberies

Five suspected illegal immigrants are accused of a series of armed robberies. Victims in the assaults were threatened by armed men and bound with zip ties. At least one store owner was beaten. Several of the suspects had been deported previously.

The family of a five-year-old girl tackled illegal immigrant Alberto Escobar after they say the girl’s mother caught Escobar kidnapping the girl through her bedroom window.  Escobar lived in the same building and worked with the victim’s father.

Nine Guatemalans are accused of running a sex slave ring. Girls and women were lured to the US and then were forced to become sex slaves. The victims were prevented from running away by threats that witch doctors would put curses on them and their families.
