Child molester Gerardo Cervantes Mendosa
Illegal immigrant Gerardo Cervantes Mendosa has been convicted of sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl. He has been sentenced to 20 years in prison and is not allowed to return to the US for at least 5 years after deportation.
Last month, someone left a knotted rope and a letter containing a drawing of a noose in a firehouse. The event triggered a federal investigation into possible civil rights violations and inspired suspicion and hatred of whites. However, after it was discovered that a black man, Donald Maynard, was responsible for the racist display, a spokesman for the mayor and police announced no charges would be filed.
Mexican immigrant Lazara Arellano de Hogue is guilty of running over a 3-year-old in a stroller and dragging the boy for a mile. An autopsy revealed that the boy survived the initial impact and was dragged to death.
Edwardo Morales-Soriano pleaded guilty to killing Brian Matthews and Jennifer Bower in a DUI wreck. Morales-Soriano had a blood alcohol level four times the legal limit.
Liberian immigrant Mahamu Kanneh is accused of molesting two girls, including an 18-month old baby. The judge in the case ordered Kanneh to be released. Immigration officials placed a detainer on the man and are now detaining him.
Illegal immigrant Manuel De Jesus Gonzalez-Geronimo is accused of crashing his van into two workers and a construction truck, leaving the two workers dead and three others injured. According to police, Gonzalez-Geronimo then fled from the scene.
An illegal immigrant hired by McDonald’s has been sentenced to five years in prison for killing Mary Lou Shiflett in a hit and run wreck. Jose Santos Toledo’s vehicle impacted Mrs. Shiflett with enough force that it threw her 100ft and severed her leg.
Mexican immigrant Noberto Vasquez-Fuentes has admitted having sex with a 12-year-old girl five times. He has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for second degree rape.
The defense attorney explained that a cultural difference may have prevented Fuentes from knowing he was wrong. Mexicans legally have sex with little girls as young as 12.
A prostitution ring run by illegal immigrants has been broken up by federal agents.
While several US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in unmarked cars were taking a break at a 7-Eleven, a group of illegal immigrants started asking the agents for work. The ICE agents made 24 arrests. Six of the illegals have criminal records.
