In Howard Beach, a mob of 30 to 40 people, some armed with sticks, attacked four white teens in New York. Five blacks and Hispanics, including at least one adult, have been charged with beating the teens in what is being investigated as a possible hate crime.

Illegal Immigrant Drags Man Nearly to Death

Illegal immigrant Alejandro Xuya-Sian was driving drunk when he struck Anselmo Chin-Sabam, who became lodged in the wheel well of the SUV. Xuya-Sian continued driving for nearly a mile while the victim’s skin was scraped off. The district attorney says Xuya-Sian then must have stopped, pulled Chin-Sabam from the wheel, then drove another 2 to 3 miles where he crashed into a tree.

Dragging victim Chin-Sabam suffered first-degree burns, multiple fractures and some parts of his body were worn down to the muscle.

Xuya-Sian has been sentenced to a minimum of three years, four months in prison.

Illegal Arrested in Stabbing Death of Brooklyn Dad

Illegal immigrant Mejia Cinto has been arrested in the murder of Brooklyn dad Anthony Senisi, who was out buying milk. Police say Cinto came across Senisi, Senisi looked at him and Cinto stabbed him to death without provocation.

Illegal immigrant Juan Alberto Rodriguez Santos has pleaded guilty to stabbing Irma Vega Soto to death when she tried to break up with him. Santos could face up to 20 years in prison.

Charlen Deandrade was convicted of videotaping his ex-wife’s 17-year-old daughter in the bathroom. Eliud Ascencio-Perez and Nathaniel Rodriguez were convicted of endangering the welfare of a child.

New York Can Deny Licenses to Illegal Immigrants

New York’s highest court has ruled that the state can deny driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants.  One judge wrote, “undocumented aliens lack documents, and the DMV’s right to insist on such documents is undisputed.”
