Somalian immigrant Hussein Jilaow will be allowd to remain in Canada even though he has been convicted of 13 violent crimes. Federal Judge Sean Harrington says he would be in danger in Somalia.

Border Patrol Agent Attacked
The Border Patrol says a suspected illegal immigrant attacked a border agent with rocks and then fled back to Mexico. The agent was examined at a hospital and released.
