Immigrant Accused of Rape, Slitting Throat
Police say Guyanese immigrant Hemant Megnath raped Natasha Ramen two years ago and then came back last week and slit her throat before she could testify against him. Natasha lived long enough to reach a neighbor’s house but later died.
