Illegal Accused of Killing 3 Generations in Crash

An illegal immigrant who received a plea deal for his previous DWI violation and avoided deportation is now accused in a fatal car wreck.  Ignacio Gomez-Gutierrez is accused of driving with a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit when he crashed into the back of another car, killing Maria Ortiz, her daughter Vanessa and Vanessa’s unborn baby.

Illegal Immigrant Guilty of Murdering 2-Year-Old

Illegal immigrant Maribel Gomez has been found guilty of murdering her 2-year-old son Rafael “Raffy” Gomez and could face up to 26 years in prison.  Raffy had been placed in foster care three times after suffering multiple broken bones but was returned each time until his mother killed him.
